Ace Gillett’s is an underground hotel lounge that tips its hat to a bygone era. Enjoy a comfortable but convivial atmosphere with live jazz music, seasonal specialties featuring farm-to-table products, and libations that range from classic cocktails to local brews.

Ace Gillett’s opens at 4pm daily and features live jazz each Wednesday through Saturday evening.

The Chocolate Café offers a menu full of fine desserts, espresso drinks, specialty martinis, and dessert wines. Visit for an afternoon treat or the perfect finale to your special occasion. Lunch fare of homemade quiches, soups, and paninis is also served each day.

Choice City is a laid-back deli and butcher shop enjoyed by many a local. Here you can order new takes on traditional breakfast, a great sandwich for lunch, or dinner from the butcher’s display case, cooked to order.

Mugs Coffee Lounge offers traditional coffee shop fare using organic, fair-trade ingredients. Breakfast and lunch menus are available throughout the day. Hotel guests can bring their own computers and enjoy the complimentary internet connection, or use one of the coffee shop’s workstations.
